Meet The Team

Marianne Johnson - Principal Consultant

Marianne attended Oklahoma State University, where she received a B.A. in Marketing & International Business with a minor in Japanese. Marianne was an IT Project Manager for Williams and has worked for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce in the Economic Development Division. She served in an executive role for LPG Central and has extensive experience in the technical recruiting industry in Tulsa. Since forming Jobing Confidential, she continually draws on this experience to personally oversee the firm's human resources, compensation consults and executive recruitment practices. Marianne has several regular speaking engagements in the Tulsa area.

Spencer Hellman - Recruiting Professional

Spencer attended the University of Tulsa where he received a double major in International Business and Spanish. He has a strong background in technical recruiting. Spencer worked for the Tulsa-based manufacturer, FW Murphy where he gained a background in Human Resources and Recruiting. He also has experience in International Business and Marketing having worked as a consultant to Vacuworx International. He is actively involved in promoting business in the Tulsa community and enjoys spending time serving his church and local community.

Danielle Runyan - Recruiting Professional

Danielle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a concentration in business. Danielle served as the business retention and expansion manager for the Tulsa Metro Chamber where she was charged with managing a group of 150 volunteers and meeting with executives of businesses in the Tulsa area to offer solutions or ideas to their needs, challenges or opportunities. She also has experience in nonprofit management, event planning and marketing through her work at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. She is active in the Tulsa community as a board member of Rebuilding Together Tulsa, a committee volunteer for the Tulsa Area United Way, a crew member of Tulsa's Young Professionals and a volunteer at her church.

Meredith Toupal - Recruiting Professional

Meredith graduated with a degree in International Business from Texas State University. She was a member of the Honor's fraternity and on the dean's list. Meredith's diverse background brings a new perspective to the JoCo team. As a business analyst with Fidelity Investments she helped find effective solutions through Six Sigma processes. Additionally, she has experience in international relations as she coordinated the India study abroad program for Texas State and worked with the Alliance Abroad Group to promote and recruit international teachers for the teacher exchange. Upon completing Girl Scouts, Meredith received the Girl Scout Gold Award for her philanthropic and leadership contributions to her community.

Jennifer Saunders - Accounting/Payroll Administrator

A Tulsa native, Jennifer is responsible for administration of the accounting and payroll department at JoCo. Before joining the JoCo team, Jennifer was an Accountant at Hogan Assessments where she worked extensively in support of the controller. Jennifer also has a background in the legal field which helps round out her experience. She attended the University of Oklahoma and TCC and has additional accounting related coursework and certifications. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Tulsa Food Bank, United Way, and her church.

Ariana Petrella - Recruiting Professional

Ariana is a University of Tulsa (TU) graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Through her time at TU, she participated in the New Zealand Australearn study abroad program in 2010 and was on the dean’s list. During her internships at the Tulsa Convention Center and the local nonprofit, Rebuilding Together Tulsa, she gained experience in sales, marketing and public relations. As an integral member of these two organizations, she managed marketing and social media initiatives. Ariana contributes to her community as a six-year volunteer veteran with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tulsa.

Jessica Leonard - Recruiting Professional

A native of Tulsa, Jessica graduated from the University of Tulsa with degrees in International Business and Spanish and a minor in Economics. During her time at TU Jessica was the social chairman for her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, served a term as the president of the Tulsa Undergraduate Global Network, and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma. A passion for travel led her abroad twice as an undergraduate. She participated in a Tulsa Sister City exchange program to San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and also traveled to Lima, Peru where she studied for a semester. Between working part-time during school and completing internships with General Motors of Mexico and Hilti Inc., Jessica has gained experience in financial analysis, customer service, and sales.

Blake Zimmerman - Recruiting Professional

Blake is an Oklahoma State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Management and minors in both Marketing and Economics. During his time at OSU, Blake was actively involved in Farmhouse fraternity serving as New Member Educator and Recruitment Chairman. He also served as a Student Consultant in the Spears School of Business Engagement Group. Blake comes to JoCo with a sales background, having worked most recently for Otis Elevator Company as an Account Manager. In this role, he was responsible for sales, project management, accounts receivables, and overall customer satisfaction.

Chandler Nett - Recruiting Professional

Chandler is an Oklahoma State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Management with a Sports Management option. Throughout her college experience, she was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha fraternity, while also volunteering at her church and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma. Chandler was named a Top 5 Marketing student as well as an Outstanding Senior within the Spears School of Business. Studying abroad in Australia and interning with the PGA of America in Philadelphia has allowed her to gain substantial real-world experience.

Dana Eubanks - Recruiting Professional

Dana graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering. She was an active member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, OU Campus Activities Council, and Camp Crimson. Through her internship at Alan Plummer Associates Inc., she gained Civil Engineering experience working on projects for pipelines. Before joining the team, Dana served as a Consultant at Cerner Corporation, a Healthcare Information Technology company. After a successful performance in that role, she was promoted to overseeing and managing all projects for multiple premier clients.
